We are movement specialists who utilize both manual therapy and individual tailored exercises to get you back to doing the things you love. We create a personalized, corrective exercise program focused to target your specific impairments.

MANUAL THERAPY

Skilled hand movements and skilled passive movements of joints and soft tissue and are intended to improve tissue extensibility; increase range of motion; induce relaxation; mobilize or manipulate soft tissue and joints; modulate pain; and reduce soft tissue swelling, inflammation, or restriction. Techniques may include manual lymphatic drainage, manual traction, massage, mobilization/manipulation, and passive range of motion.

TRIGGER POINT DRY NEEDLING

A skilled intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points, muscular, and connective tissues for the management of neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

SPORT INJURY REHABILITATION

We design a safe and effective recovery program specifically geared towards the your abilities. With previous experience working as an athletic trainer combined with her physical therapy education, Amanda can identify the cause of the injury and create a treatment plan to prevent future injuries.

PRE & POST OPERATIVE CARE

Physical therapy following surgery is the ultimate way return to your daily activities. However, the road to recovery doesn’t have to wait until after surgery. In fact, two aspects of the surgical experience critical to achieving a successful recovery are pre and post-operative rehabilitation.

PREGNANCY & POST-PARTEM CARE

We provide specialized pregnancy and postpartum physical therapy along with general orthopedic therapy. During pregnancy, physical therapy can assist with exercises and activity modification and address many common ailments including round ligament pain, joint pain, sciatica, and carpal tunnel to name a few.

INFANT TORTICOLLIS

Physical therapy treatment for Torticollis involves parent education, proper baby positioning, and exercises to stretch tight neck muscles and strengthen weak muscles.
